Let's jump right in!

Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!! and Welcome!!!

Where are you on the faith meter?

  1. Life alert

  2. So/so

  3. I'm all the way up!

If you are anywhere on the scale give yourself a hand clap! Having faith is something that is easier said than done. In different seasons in our lives its easier to have faith, than it is in other seasons! Praying for a parking spot up close during black Friday versus praying for a family member that is sick are on two different types of faith levels. You'll be ok if you have to park in the back of the parking lot and walk but if you lose a family member that has more of a lasting effect.

God actually told me that my faith had dwindled and that I needed to get my faith up because somewhere along the line my prayers weren't bold and loud like they used to be. I was out here praying real bold once upon a time! I even looked at myself like girl what?! Only God can do that! HS just reminded that when I close out on virtual church on Sunday something that I always say is "no prayer is too big or too small'! So with that being said where did my faith go? My faith was gone because I wasn't reupping my cup like I used to do.

It really bothered me when God told me that my faith had dwindled but where was the lie? I can't argue with the truth! We often pour so much into other people that we forget about ourselves. God gently reminded of that. He's like you're taking care of other people but what about yourself? What about the mission that I have placed upon you? What are you doing for the kingdom? You can make time for everyhing else but what about me? Please stop busying yourself with things NOT related to what he has told you to do? Don't sit there and act like you don't have kingdom homework! I know you probably have a few past due assignments waiting on your angels desk!

This post is going to be short because we're not here to play around! Just like my friend wasn't playing with me and called me earlier today to tell me about myself in the best way possible! Don't you just love when someone calls and checks on you and encourages you for the better?! I know I do!

When in doubt what scriptures and what friends do you have in your corner? We all need intercession and real talks with friends! And we all need some pocket scriptures to get us by! What are a few of your favorite scriptures that help you in a jam? Thank you P. Rene!

Pocket Scriptures to keep your faith up.

Psalms 131:1-3 GNT - Lord, I have given up my pride and turned away from my arrogance. I am not concerned with great matters or with subjects too difficult for me. Instead, I am content and at peace. As a child lies quitely in its mother's arms, so my heart is quiet within me, Israel, trust in the Lord now and forever!

Hebrews 11:1 GNT - To have faith is to be sure of the things we hope for, to be certain of the things we cannot see.

Hebrews 11:3 GNT - It is by faith that we understand that the universe was created by God's word, so that what can be seen was made out of what cannot be seen.

Hebrews 11:7 GNT - It was faith that made Noah hear God's warnings about things in the future that he could not see. He obeyed God and built a boat in which he and his family were saved. As a result, the world was condemned, and Noah received from God the righteousness that comes by faith.

Hebrews 11:11 GNT - It was faith that made Abraham able to become a father, even though he was too old and Sarah herself could not have children. He trusted God to keep promise.

Lord, I pray that this message blesses all of the people that it comes across. I pray that all of the people that need this message are able to see it Lord. I pray that the person reading this gets everything that they prayed for according to your will. I pray that you do something miraculous to increase this persons faith. Do something that only you can do Lord. In Jesus name I pray amen!
